Quarter cow shares include a variety of our 100% grass fed beef cuts ready to fill your freezer! Quarters are priced at $7/lb hanging weight. This $100 deposit reserves a quarter cow share- The remaining balance is due by cash or check on pick up or delivery of your quarter (Free delivery within 25 miles of the farm is included!)
Usually 125-180 lbs hanging weight per quarter, making the final cost typically $875-$1,260. Beef and processing included! (Exact weight is determined when the beef is sent to the butcher).
Packaged meat yield is normally roughly 60% of the hanging weight.

Offal (Kidneys, Heart, Liver, Suet) may be available upon request. Please note: Organs and offal are not guaranteed for quarter shares since there are a limited amount per animal. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences!

You will need approximately 4-5 cubic feet of freezer space for your quarter.
In the drop down menu, choose the month you wish to receive your 1/4 cow share. Quarters are typically ready for pick up or delivery around the 1st-2nd week of the month. Once your reservation is made, we will contact you with exact timing details!

All of our Beef is:
Grass fed and finished (grain-free diet)
Raised on pasture and stored forage, grown and harvested right here at the farm.

USDA inspected and labeled
Dry aged at least 14 days
Frozen in clear, vacuum sealed packaging
